How do I buy a subscription on the Motivated Fitness Gym website?
In the menu bar, select JOIN. Select the type of account, tick I accept the terms and conditions and click BUY. You will get an email within 15min with confirmation of a purchase and a link to download and app with log in details to the app. Use QR code from the app and scan it at the entrance of a turnstile.
How can I pay for my account?
You can pay for your account with your banking details. Subscriptions are sold by paying the full amount of money at once. eg. choosing an annual subscription or with a monthly payment.
If I got sick or an accident happened that exempts me from sports, what to do?
In the event of illness or distress, a certificate must be submitted for the period for which the membership should be suspended. The certificate must necessarily indicate the period until when a person cannot engage in sports activities.
Can I stop my account for the time I want?
If your membership has a holiday feature, you can apply it to your profile. If it does not have it, braking is not possible. There is no membership leave purchased during the promotion.
Are there any additional discounts?
Discounts do not apply. The prices set are friendly to everyone.
What should I do if I defaulted in my payment
In case of defaulted payment, please contact Ashbourne membership management company on email membershipsie@ashbournemanagement.co.uk to settle a balance payment and reactivate your account.

 

Can I share my membership code?
Members must use our Gym Access App each visit to gain access and must not share their App with anyone else. Member’s access and member usage is monitored by CCTV.
Is cash settlement possible?

When can I start playing sports?
You can start playing sports after the payment of a successful sports club membership.
Can I terminate my account?
E-Bills with 2 months. you can terminate the commitment after the minimum period of time, by notifying the customer service centre 30 days in advance, if this is not done, the contract remains valid. The contract is not terminated automatically.

Are there restrictions on visiting?
There are no restrictions, you can visit the club an unlimited number of times. Of course, taking into account the expiration date of the subscription.
Does Motivated fitness gym takes liability for injuries and accidents or lost items in the gym?
Motivated fitness gym will not accept any liability for any claims for personal injury or lost items
