Full Diet and Nutrition Plan

We understand that nutrition plays a huge role in getting you the results you want and for that reason we make sure all of our clients have their own bespoke diet plan. This is created during your first session using a questionnaire, which asks all we need to know about your diet history and lifestyle in order to put the perfect plan in place.

We then take your body composition stats and ask about your goals, then combine all this together to create the ultimate body transformation plan unique to you.

Once this plan is in place we will then monitor your progression via daily emails and constant feedback from you, making small changes to the plan along the way as and when needed. This daily monitoring of your nutritional habits and progression is how we ensure the best result possible.


Bespoke Supplementation Plan as Needed

Your diet plan will cover everything you need but we’ve found over the years that most clients can benefit from a small amount of supplements. After our assessment and on an ongoing basis if we spot an issue or deficiency not easily or conveniently corrected with food we can recommend the best available supplement products for you.


On the basis of the data gathered by our initial consultations we then construct a unique Fat Loss / Fat Burning training program unique to you based on the Meltdown principles. This is a  plan that is designed to evolve as your own conditioning improves and will see you burning fat and stoking up your metabolism right from the very first workout.

We also take into account the information gathered during the physical assessments, and construct a plan that takes into account any pre-existing or potential structural / muscular imbalances, addressing weaknesses head on and eliminating them with the application of modern sports science program design.

Premenstrual Issues

At Goal Fitness we understand that dieting can be hard especially at certain times of the month when sugar cravings are at an all time high and we have developed nutritional strategies which help to alleviate these cravings.

Water retention and weight gain are all too familiar at this time of the month too, we help our clients understand that this isn’t an increase in fat but just an increase in weight from the water which will be gone within a couple of days.

We also have numerous supplement protocols which help to rid irritability and hot flushes.

Will I get big & bulky?

No, you won’t. A whole mythology has sprung up around women’s fat loss that if they do anything at all like men then they will somehow become manly. We are the same species and certain rules do cross over but we will teach you those rules, along with the tricks and twists that give extra relevance to female fat loss requirements.

Do I have to eat the same boring food all the time?

No, you don’t. You can have interesting quick to make food limited only by your cooking skills and imagination, within certain boundaries.

I’m too big and embarrassed to start.

Surely I should just do cardio and eat fruit?

Here is an example of bad habits and myths we have to contend with on a regular basis – jump on the treadmill, eat low fat foods, 5 servings of fruit per day, yogurt and granola for breakfast and a banana and skinny latte at 11am, take fat burning supplements, that are not quite as dangerous as scaremongers would have you believe, but are certainly not the optimal choice for fast, safe and effective fat loss – especially for women.
